- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the travel date through online instant confirmation.
- Any amendments to passenger information must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the travel date.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will be charged at the full rate as a No Show.
- Any changes, amendments, or cancellations must be sent via email only.
- A No Show will result in a full charge.
- Lounge cancellations (if applicable) will be charged in full.
Additional Terms
- Infants under 2 years old are eligible for free service.
- Passenger contact details are mandatory (including email, phone number, and WhatsApp/Line).
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid visas. If a visa is not provided, the service may be rejected or additional charges may apply before proceeding with the next steps.
