Your space must be booked and paid in advance.
Payment is due when the service is confirmed.

Reservations can be changed up to 48 hours ahead without penalty.
When we have received your order we will send you an email with details of your booking and name and the location of the lounge. We may also send you an invitation letter that you must show when you enter the lounge.
