Buggy or electro-cart at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) / International Terminal ONLY during arrival is a necessity for below reasons:
1.Suvarnabhumi Airport is one of the busiest and largest airports in Southeast Asia. It covers a vast area, and you may need to walk long distances to reach their destinations, such as immigration, baggage claim, or ground transportation areas.
2.Electro-Cart / Buggy offer a convenient way for you, especially those with limited mobility, to move quickly and comfortably through the airport. It ensures a smoother arrival experience and reduces the stress associated with navigating a busy airport.
3. Electro-Cart / Buggy can help expedite you from the arrival gates to the front of the immigration lane. This can improve the overall efficiency of the airport and reduce congestion in busy areas.

🛫 BKK New Terminal: Buggy Only Service Updates 🛬
New Terminal:
Buggies and staff are not permitted within the new terminal area. Guests must take the train to the old terminal, where our staff will be waiting at the shuttle train area to receive the customer and drop off in front of the immigration.
Old Terminal:
Our staff will be stationed at the arrival gate (post-aerobridge area) with the buggy to greet and assist customers upon their arrival.
