About our Chef – Wilfrid Hocquet (Executive Chef)
Mr. Wilfrid Hocquet moved to Thailand in 2019 and has been instrumental in the opening team of Blue by Alain Ducasse. In its first year of operation, Blue by Alain Ducasse was awarded one Michelin star in the fourth edition of the Michelin Guide Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Phang-Nga 2021, and subsequently retainedit in the 2022 , 2023 and 2024 guides.
Chef Alain Ducasse, the iconic mentor-chef to many Michelin-star chefs around the world:
- The first chef in the world to have 3 restaurants awarded 3 Michelin stars at the same time.
