  1. Can I cancel my booking ?

Booking and Cancellation

  • All cancellations or booking amendment requests  MUST be submitted in writing by email only to [email protected]
  • We don’t recommend and not accept any cancellation or booking amendment request by phone (please follow by email) 
  • Cancellations are ONLY valid if you received an email from us confirming your request
  • Last min cancellation ( less than 48 hrs ) or No Show will be no refund

Driver

  • Our experienced drivers are dedicated to each assignment.
  • Reports are recorded for your references ( if you want to).
  • We guarantee English Speaking Driver for our service  under Luxury Vehicle Category
  • Alternative language guide or interpreters can be booked in advance 

Vehicle Category

  • Economy Class is Toyota Altis or Camry previous model or similar
  • Premium Japanese Sedan is Japanese Luxury Limousine such as Toyota New Camry , Nissan Teana, Honda Accord or similar
  • Business Class/Executive Sedan is Mercedes E-Class or BMW 5 Series or similar
  • First Class/Luxury Sedan is Mercedes Benz S Class or BMW 7 Series or similar
  • Luxury VAN is Toyota Alphard or Volk Caravelle, Mercedes Benz VITO or similar
  • Normal VAN is Toyota Commutor or similar
  • Special Vehicle are Mercedes Benz Sprinter, Coach ( 35-55 seaters)

Sedan Service Information

  • The Sedan accommodates up to 3 passengers.//2 standard-size bags and 2 carry-on bags are allowed per car
  • Baby seat is available free of charge for 1st child. Additional charge 600 Bht/unit ( approx 20 USD) ; please request upon reservation.
  • Sedan is unable to accommodate Wheelchair, please request to upgrade to be VAN upon reservation
  • Additional and overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, etc.) , please request to change car type to be VAN upon reservation

Service Details

  • Net rates are all-inclusive of First Class insurance, Fuel, Mileage and Driver charges, tolls (if any), and in Thai Baht
  • For Arrival, Please see your name on the sign board held by our staff, 2 hours waiting time shall be applied for all arrivals
  • For Departure, we can wait up to 15 mins, after that will be charged an hourly rate basis
  • For any urgent matter, please call us via CALL +66 2 821 5991 ( 24hrs)
  • GB will be responsible for all flights delayed / early / canceled without prior noticed from airline (no charge for these cases)
  • During the ride, 15 mins stopover is allowed for the restroom, pharmacy, or any urgent matters

  • For Travel Agents and Corporates please contact our sales department for an official proposal and request for the credit term application form from our sales department, talk to us via [email protected], our customer service team will pass your inquiry to our Expert to take care of you
  • For individual passengers, we welcome all major credit card which terms and conditions apply, please feel free to book online at least 12 hrs for 100% instant confirmation, less than that will be subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • 10% transaction fee will be applied for cancellation 
  • No show charge , no refund will be applied for cancellation less than 12 hours
  • Only written cancellation notices by e-mail will be accepted
